Doing Nothing

Oh, the cruelties of aging

Can't stay up late more than 2 nights in a rwo.
Can't fully from paper cuts within 1 week.
Can't withstand repeated wipeouts on snowboard.
Can't reach level 13 on Tetris.
Can't skip using mosturizers and chapsticks.
Can't fall asleep in less than 10 minutes.
Can't wake up early on Saturday just for cartoons.
Can't play Nintendo for 6 hours without resting eyes.
Can't remember what I had for dinner last night.
Can't sleep in until 2pm.

But still very keen on knowing what life will be like, say, 10 yrs from now. I mean, I can't go backwards, so might as well be happy looking forwards.

On a totally unrelated note, an interesting idea for a game. Let me know how many tries it took you to win.

  • You are apparently too tired to write properly.

And I love games without proper instructions ^^ (seriously, I do)

  • If you're referring to my abbreviated words, I apologize. My keyboard short circuited, so I am forced to write as minimalist as possible. I'm currently writing on my roommate's computer, allowing me to write as much or little as I want without abandon.

My command of English is sufficient, but I'm just lazy. And yes, I was tired from a midterm in quantum mechanics, followed by 2 more hours of studying for orgo.

I just find it offensive that of all the time you have, you'd come here to point out my little mistakes. It's not very nice.

  • Erm, sorry. I didn't properly identify who I was addressing and didn't realize my comments could be taken that way. I was referring to Christine's post when I mentioned the "improper" writing...

I'll be more careful when next posting a comment after another person.

  • There there, we're all friends here. Let's shake and make up and play nonsensical games. BTW, how many tries did it take you guys to beat?

    Tough day Ben, tough day...
Agatha, you're just not nice :)

  • hahahah I apologize!
    It's been a rough week. :(

I think it took me abou 10-12 tries,. Afterwards I played GROW CUBE, and that also took around the same amount of tries.

  • Ah, yes, grow cube is even more AWEsome, with a capital AWE. And the other grow games also rock.

Even onwards the hunt continues for little time wasters...

  • It's okay, I understand (midterms, ungood; quantum midterm, double plus ungood).

And what do you mean I'm not nice, Ms. Monkey (?), I'm one of the nicest people I know (I need to meet more people). It's just my friendly duty to point out that your post still has sentences like "Can't fully from paper cuts..."

I'm not sure how many tries it took, more than 5, less than 10?
It took me way more tries to do GrowCube though (and it is AWEsome indeed). The Grow 3.0, I can't get. And I spent much time whacking those one-eyed things instead of working on my stats assignment, which is why I had to stay up late last night and now I'm tired unto death.
